"Product good, price is good. Unfortunately let down by: Ordered shower 29 May 2023 and was told they had to order it in and once arrived would be sent to me. I asked for and was given an ETA of 2 weeks for it to arrive at my address . On 15 and 16 June 2023 followed up and was told still not arrived in their warehouse from their supplier. Was told would arrived on 19 June and then would be shipped. Finally dispatched to Hunter Express on 23 June and was informed by Hunter Express I would receive it on 29 June 2023. After much back and forth with transporter, I drove an hour to their depot to go and collect it on 3 July 2023, otherwise I would still be waiting. Can't order from these people again as unreliable. My client is unhappy with the long delays and broken promises and this can impact my business. Clearly don't keep any stock and use poor transporters. Not really unexpected given you have to pay up front, so they have your money and can treat you any way you want."

We spent a day driving around bathroom display centers all around the East of Melbourne looking for great products, great prices and great old fashioned customer service. We only found it here! James helped us choose all the items we required sharing his extensive knowledge of his products and his calm, relaxed approach was appreciated. He’s not a pushing sales person and never put any pressure on us to make quick decisions. We left his shop feeling like we had selected the right products for our home at amazing prices compared to the other showrooms we had visited. "The products at Ascot Bathrooms are very stylish and extremely well priced. The salesmen, James and Trent, are very polite, helpful and enthusiastic. They allow you to take your time choosing products and they are accommodating if you change your mind. We had a few hiccups with our bathroom renovation, due to tradesmen doing the wrong thing. It definitely wasn't the fault of the great staff at Ascot Bathrooms. Everything was sorted out and our two new bathrooms were affordable and look sensational, thanks to Ascot Bathrooms."
