"Admin staff is horrible ."
"The teachers are good. The front office staff is no good, bad customer service. It's been very hard to cancel the direct debit, and have been unsuccessful getting a refund so far. Not to mention the necessity of refund was due to the direct debit was not cancelled in the first place when the notice of not continuing the class was given almost two months notice. After a number of phone calls and emails. I finally was told 10 days ago that they were in the process of organising a refund, and will confirm the amount shortly in another email but have not heard back since (10 days past now, no refund, no 'another email'). I sent 2 follow up emails to the person who informed me but have not received any response."
"Very hard to cancel the class for my daughter. I can't find any options on Activeworld and called 3 times to the school, no one can help me and kept saying someone will contact me later but unfortunately I haven't heard any back. I also emailed twice but no response. The school direct debt weekly fee from my account more than half years during COVID but I never took my daughter there, which means every class she was absence but no one contact me to ask."
