Rhythmic Gymnastics is a unique sport that combines the grace of ballet, the strength of gymnastics, and the artistry of dance. Our gymnasts master various apparatus manipulations, including rope, ball, hoop, ribbon, clubs, and Free (without apparatus). In rhythmic gymnastics competitions, there can be both single and group performances. A single gymnast performs with one apparatus for one and a half minutes, showcasing intricate maneuvers and complicated exercises. Alternatively, a group of five gymnasts performs a group routine with five different apparatus for two and a half minutes. Both performances are accompanied by music, adding another layer of artistic expression.

In addition to our competitive programs, we also offer Kinder Gym, a specialized program designed to enhance the physical and mental development of children.
