"Highly recommend to anyone wanting to develop skills and fitness in a community setting. Offering amazing facilities with class’s in Kickboxing, Brazilian JuJitsu, Mixed Martial Arts & Kyokushin Karate. Great classes catering from toddlers through to adults. The FAFC team creates a welcoming atmosphere for all students in a family friendly environment. I have been a member for over 20 years and now have my daughter beginning her martial arts journey here. I have seen first hand how the FAFC team has helped many to learn how to protect themselves, increase strength and stamina, increase self esteem & confidence levels, to be respectful and helpful to others and all whilst keeping you fit and healthy."
"I began training at FAFC in 1999, as a 4yr old, i trained 3 nights a week for over 10 years, took a 10 year break and rejoined the club this year (2022) I was welcomed with open arms, and familiar faces, it was as if no time had passed. The instructors always make me feel welcome, the classes are phenomenal, and the feeling of accomplishment after a hard class is not a feeling that can be described unless it’s something you’ve experienced before. Cannot recommend more highly. Great to be back."

The team accomodate all ages, abilities, walks of life and particularly great with building confidence in young girls! My daughter has been a member since she was 8, she began as a timid girl who was shy to go to training. She is now 15, super skilled, oozes confidence and best of all I know she can protect herself! So if you’re a parent considering martial arts schools I can tell you this is the place for you and your kids! "I have been sending my kids to this centre for the last 3 years. The teachers are excellent and very professional. The centre organises all sorts of tournaments and gradings to encourage and help kids progress. The atmosphere at the centre is so very lively! They have classes for adults too! I highly recommend Fighting Arts Fiteness Centre for Karate, Kickboxing, Martial arts, and the other services that are available on the premises."
