"Spend your money somewhere else. The handle of my saucepan fell off. I contacted amc with photos and was told to send it in without any further information. Turns out it can not be repaired anyway, it was of course my fault that the handle came off, as it supposedly happened because I allegedly dropped it, so it's not covered under warranty. The postage to get my property back is pretty jacked up and the generously offered new replacement can pay for 3 pots somewhere else. Given what I paid for this set in the first place it's the poorest service I've ever experienced."

"SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY: 1. When you communicate with this company, make sure you either record your phone call or request everything in writing. Because their story changes faster than space rocket. 2. When you receive the product, take a clear video from the minute the postman hand you the box so that they can't accuse you for swapping anything or accuse your family for stealing. 3. Always triple check delivery address with them, in case wrong address get put on your parcel. 4. In case anything goes wrong, save up some money, their warranty means you will have 7 days to decide whether you can pay 50% of the product replacement. *5. most importantly: Do not have expectations, then you won't be disappointed :)"
