Junior Titans classes (8-12 years) are also available, providing a stepping stone for older children to further develop their fitness skills. Our instructors are experienced in working with children, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to thrive.
In addition to our on-site classes, we are proud to offer online training options for both taekwondo and boxing & fitness. These online classes provide flexibility and accessibility, particularly during times of social or physical restrictions.
