"My son has been attending Jiu Jitsu classes here for over 4 years. He started in the Kinder classes doing one day a week. He's now in the Kids class training five days a week. He LOVES it! I was training at another gym in the city, then moved to Kaizen in January 2021, to join the adult classes. The Coach to kid ratio is always good, so your kid will always get attention and not miss out. It's such a great learning environment and so much fun. The owners, Garry and Anna, always go above and beyond. It's a great place for kids (mine is 8) and adults (I'm a 40 year old female)."
