Join us for our Pilates classes, where you'll experience a slow burn for your core and inner thighs using the Pilates Ring, also known as the Magic Circle. You'll be surprised at the level of control and focus required for these challenging moves. We would love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
In our lower body focused workouts, we incorporate the use of chi balls to create a flowy and refreshing experience. This session will leave you feeling energized and revitalized.
For a fun and effective workout, grab a sturdy chair and get ready to work from your calves all the way up to your hips. This session is a real burner, guaranteed to make you sweat and have a great time!
Join us in person at our Portarlington location for our classes, where you can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. We offer matwork and fitness sessions for all levels, including specialized Pre and Post Natal classes.
If you prefer to practice Pilates from the comfort of your own home, we also offer online sessions. Our growing online library consists of nearly 300 workout videos, allowing you to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and well-being at your own convenience.

StefFitness was established in 2020 during the Covid-19 lockdowns, with the goal of making movement accessible for people at home. Since then, our online platform has grown into a comprehensive workout library, providing you with safe, convenient, and intelligent workouts. We believe in smart movement made simple.
Steph, our certified Pilates Instructor, Women's Health & Performance Coach, Pre & Post Natal Trainer, and Running Coach, is dedicated to your success and continued learning. With her guidance, you can transform your body mentally and physically, all from the comfort of your own living room.
