"Enjoyable and affordable lessons for our 2 kids from the instructors, who gave very clear and simple instructions for them to follow easily. The pool is not overly crowded - just perfect for 30 min lessons. Overall, it's been a very positive experience seeing them improve their breathing and swimming skills. Level 5 onwards in the big pool are super exciting!"
"Terrible communication. I enrolled my daughter at the end of 2022, and was told that she had a spot in a Tuesday morning class starting Term 2 of 2023, as there were no availabilities in Term 1. I had had no communication since that phone call- no confirmation email or follow up phone call, and so tried to call last week to confirm that she was enrolled before I took her for her lesson. There was no answer, so I left a message with my name and number, but did not hear back. This morning I called again and finally got a hold of someone- they are now closed Tuesday mornings and have been since the beginning of the year. No-one thought to call me and let me know. Apparently, there was not even a record of my daughter's enrolment on the system. The receptionist this morning did offer to try and find us another class time, but afternoons do not work for us and aside from Mondays, that is now the only time they are open. If they had informed me of the change in opening/ lesson times at the beginning of the year, I could have inquired with other swim schools in the area and found another suitable class for her to start this term."
"Very bad customer service over the phone and in person as well. Called last week to get information about swim classes and lady over the phone said “ what you want to know” in such a rude tone and when we get there for class the old lady was so loud and rude which is unacceptable for me in front of kids. Every time when I ask any question she said I don’t know in a rude loud voice. Here we teach our kids equity and respect to others so they will be good humans tomorrow but what example such people are setting. I don’t know they are old enough and working with children still don’t know how to talk to someone with respect in front of kids or they never trained in the workplace about diversity, equity and respect."
"We have been going to swimmers for years with our two kids. Yes the instructors are younger, yes they are in classes with other kids. If you want a one on one experience, pay for it. $18 for a decent lesson that teaches kids confidence and how to keep swimming, can't complain about that."
"I had really bad experience with this swimming school. We paid for half hour lesson each time and the kid only gets about ten minutes in total to learn because so many kids learn at the same time with one instructor and each kid only get a few minutes in turn. Also the school forces us to come to the school and if we didn’t come and we still need to pay for this lesson. when we want refund booking fee they refused to refund either. I will give zero star if there has!total disaster experience and not recommend at all! I will contact consumer affairs and will appeal to legal actions if needed."
