"Great new office"
"I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ouyang to anyone who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. His demeanour and professionalism before and after my surgery to remove the prostate was absolutely commendable. At all times he has displayed a keen interest in my physical and mental well-being. A top drawer surgeon with a wonderful personality. Thanks heaps Rupert."
"I don't doubt he would be a urologist with a good technique, and he seems to be nice man too but I was waiting for 80 mins in his practice to see him. My appointment was 10: 30 am but nearly 12pm, I just walked out without seeing him. I understand 30-45mins waiting because they are specialists and their time is most valuable than time of patients... but not 80mins. The receptionist didn't seem to care at all how long their patients are waiting. Why I was there to see him at 10:30 on time. Stupid me!"
"It doesn’t matter how smart, capable and competent you are. If you’re habitually late, be it to work or on deadlines, you run the risk of undermining your professional reputation. Dr Ouyang Urology facility lacked communication and punctuality. I booked my appointment at 9 am (First Appointment of the day), mind you, I had to wait six months to see him, which of course you WOULD assume their stuff would be prepared and ready to go. I waited 40 minutes without any direct communication from anyone while I sat in the lobby. By 9:15 am, I was hoping for an apology or heads-up from staff to notify me that Doctor Ouyang was running late. Instead, I got nothing. Usually, I'm quite flexible in these situations, but when you are willing to pay $250, the level of commitment and duty of care from the Staff & Doctors NEEDS to be high. (Especially now in financial difficulties with COVID-19). In summary, I was disappointed. I understand in the medical field doctors can be busy, and issues arise for everyone. However, in a dog-eat-dog world, higher conscious values are essential. Epistemically, this reflects not just your level of commitment, but also the level of respect that one has for his employers and fellow employees."
"Complete waste of time and money (~$250), didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, didn't tell me what my options were for my problems but rather just said it's nothing to worry about. I wouldn't come to a specialist if I didn't want a solution other than "don't worry", regardless of if it is not fatal. Seemingly nice fellow, but I still suffer."
