"Booked three months in advance and left sitting there for almost an hour. Please honour your appointments. I made the appointment for early morning to avoid understandable patient delays. After waiting almost an hour, overhear they are already running and hour later. Your time is no more valuable than your patients. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Operationally incompetent and arrogant. I'll be advising my GP not to refer further patients."

"From the very 1st meeting Dr Mark came across to me as person who not only knew what he was talking about but would explain things in layman terms that I could easily understand. He very clearly explained the 3 options I had together with the pluses/minuses for each and asked me to go away & think about it and come back, which I did. I was booked in and was his 3rd patient he would use Gosford Private Robotics in 4-5 weeks. Discharged 2 days later was unsure how I would cope but I was assured by all they were only a phone call away. 13 days later the cathode was removed and onto wearing pads for only a few weeks, again the exercises the physio got me onto I feel helped me a "lot", boy was it a relief to not use the pads any more. I am into a daily routine morning and more at night, allowing me to confidently go out in public, even rock-n-roll dancing the other night with zero issues. Sure there have been a few very minor accidents, but I've learnt to try and prepare for them. Guys, swallow any fears you may have and talk to first your closest friends and then gradually broaden to others as your confidence grows. I have found this fantastic therapy AND suddenly you find out that a number you mention it to have been there, done it already or they have a family member that's been there. Listen to them and absorb what you feels suits you - we are all different. Just had probably my 2nd last appointment with Dr Mark, last is to be in 9 months then only phone calls but regular blood tests. I have full confidence in Dr Mark who's been helping guys out for over 10 years with upgrades as technology improves. If doing some daily exercises basically allows me to lead a nearly normal life, I'm all for it."
