"I purchased a treatment of eyebrow microblading from this business which consisted of two visits. After the first treatment when I left, the work looked fine that day, however I then got an infection and needed to take antibiotics. I was told to wait and see what the result was once healed, which I did. The fine lines faded to a very different colour and weren't close to as crisp as when I left. I have had this treatment done elsewhere previously and I was very happy with the result. When I contacted the operator she accused me of not being sterile with the area, which I was, and told me the result I got was basically my fault and had nothing to do with her. Her reaction was defensive immediately and she didn't care to ensure that I was happy with her service. I have asked for a refund of 50% off the treatment and she has refused. Even though I am dissatisfied with the result I have only requested a 50% refund and she doesn't even have to undertake the second follow up treatment. Please ensure that you request photos of this persons work that shows the result once it has completely healed. Most salons show these photos but the photos on Lady Ink's website is immediately after the treatment - I didn't realise this until now. I truly believe that when getting this type of work done you are paying for a final result so please take care here."
