"Amcal Newington specifically invited me to use Medmate app Uber-like delivery service. Placed order for migraine medication through app as did not want to drive and it was confirmed. They then canceled after an hour and left it to Medmate to find an alternative pharmacy. After 4 hours they said they couldn’t deliver. Canceled order. Disappointing service."
"Pharmacy assistants Ayse and another girl (whom I unfortunately didn't catch her name) are so lovely and helpful. They always greet customers and offer their utmost best to help. The pharmacist herself also gives up her time to help customers with their concerns. You're in good hands if you come to Amcal Newington!"
"I can no longer go in store due to covid restrictions. I often need to speak to the pharmacist regarding my complex medications (all 6 of them) and a product that I can only order through a pharmacy once a month. It was hard enough picking up my previous order (had to say and then spell my name 6 times before writing it down). I understand that that the staff are trying to keep themselves and everyone else safe but I I will not be able to shop here again if I cannot be let into the store."
