"Thank you Jackson form the Subaru service centre who is always helpful. However each time I get my car serviced I have to reset my car back to my preset user settings from my Face ID which the service team like to reset to their own preferences each time and also adjust the steering wheel and other parts of my car without putting them back in their original place. They also don’t understand when I say there is an issue with the wiper blade which I have asked about 3 times already and they still tell me it’s fine even though it doesn’t lock in and falls off whenever I wash my car at home."

"Avoid Tynan Motors and Mitsubishi! Here's a brief rundown of my 2022 MR Triton bought new from Tynan motors. * When I received the car the tray was installed twisted due to uneven height packing. * The rear mudguards were binding on the mud flaps when there was still 40mm of suspension travel remaining. After multiple trips to the tray installer at my expense the tray and roof rack issues were rectified. They were too incompetent to rectify the issues with the binding mudguards and obscured number plate so I fixed this myself at my expense. I requested reimbursement from Tynan however was only offered a "Credit" on servicing. They later back tracked and changed that to a credit on Genuine accessories only (I don't want any accessories). I couldn't be bothered arguing so let this one go. I then take the car for the 15,000km service. The girl aske me if there's any issues. I mention the Head unit plays up, front tyres have abnormal ware, reverse sensors have a mind of their own and there's a bad shutter when taking off. When I received the car back the girly says all of the problems mentioned above are "normal" and don't require attention. The reverse sensors aren't their problem as they didn't fit the tray... Again I let it slide and move on. On the 17th of May my head unit dies. This leaves me with no radio, no Bluetooth, no reverse camera etc. Head unit failures are common on the MR Triton as can be seen on the vehicle facebook group. They are unable to view the vehicle until the 1/6. Tynan insist I bring the car in for an inspection, this will take 4 hours. I take the day off losing a days pay for Tynan to tell me what I already know, the head unit needs to be replaced. I've now called on three separate occasions in an attempt to speak with Mitsubishi warranty. I leave my details and request a return call. They never call. 28 days and still no head unit! Our other vehicle is a Ford Ranger bought from Dominelli who have been excellent in the 5 years we have been dealing with them. Do yourself a favour and avoid Tynan motors!"
