"There car seat installation service is a rip off stay away and save your money and time. I clearly mentioned at the check out that I want to see how the installation is done so I can undo it and install my self when needed to. But guy who installed my car seat was in a rush even tho there is no one waiting after me. And he didn’t install the car seat liner underneath when I gave both products together how hard is it to understand the products to be installed. Now when I took it back and asked him on same day he says we need to pay another $50 for installation when it’s your fault why would I pay twice for installation."

"Have been here multiple times, and have never been served or asked how I'm going or asked if anyone can help me. I liked the store as they had a good range of products, but when you go in, the store is so large and no one helps you. You look for someone and get shrugs in reply or people running away. I hate going here. Therefore I've bought click and collect and even that was a mess. No one answers the phones, no one answers the door, then you have to go in anyway and are met with blank stares because no one knows what you're talking about when you say what you're there for. I ended up going next door to the baby store and they were lovely and helpful!! Put my car seat in for me no problems, at the drop of a hat!"

While the store offers a wide range of baby products, the lack of knowledge and impatience displayed by the staff at the checkouts was truly disheartening. On multiple occasions, I encountered staff members who were unable to assist me with simple queries about products or promotions. When they reached their limits and required the intervention of a manager, their impatience and general attitude were both apparent and unwelcoming. To add to my frustration, Baby Bunting claims to price beat their products by 5% if customers find them cheaper elsewhere. However, when I mentioned this policy to the staff, they seemed oblivious and had no idea about it. One staff member even dismissed the price difference by stating, "Well, it's only a $2 difference." This response was not only unprofessional but completely disregarded the store's own policy. The general demeanor of the staff towards customers was far from satisfactory. They appeared disinterested, lacked enthusiasm, and seemed more interested in rushing through the checkout process than providing a pleasant shopping experience. Their attitude left a lasting negative impression, making me feel undervalued as a customer. I believe it is essential for Baby Bunting to invest in proper training for their staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about their policies. Additionally, staff members should be trained in customer service and should demonstrate patience and respect towards customers, even when faced with challenging situations. While Baby Bunting offers a wide range of products, their staff's lack of knowledge, impatience, and dismissive attitude towards customers' concerns make it difficult for me to recommend this store. I hope the management takes these criticism constructively and implements necessary changes to improve the overall shopping experience at Baby Bunting."
