Early Settler

"Highly disappointed by the after sales service of this chain. Their original product came with smaller sized screws and I could not assemble the goods. After talking to their staff and also sending photos, they did nothing but only assured that they will organise bigger screws. Eventually After waiting for 3-4 weeks I had to go to Bunnings to bring longer screws to assemble the goods. It was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend anybody to buy from this store if the product would need an assembly. There is no quality control !! Not happy at all!!"

"We have used Early Settler quite a bit over the years, Service has always been good with sales staff ready to assist In our recent visit to the above store to purchase new Vanities for our bathrooms, We were extremely fortunate to be helped by Rachel, she was so polite, very friendly, helpfu and patient in giving us right advise. Rachel had professional attitude to our needs. It is a pleasure to shop at Early Settler store. Amazing service. So good and helpful I’m sure she deserves recognition. She had a good knowledge of the product and made herself aware of our specific requirements. She then sought out additional answers from the supplier as to our additional queries about our deliveries, We could not fault the professional and timely service that Rachel provided to us. She is a great ambassador for Early Settler. Special thanks to Sue also and Lauren store manager who isn’t there any more, very helpful always, If we could, we would give her a 10 star service, Great customer service, thank you so much."

"Beautiful products, zero service. No greetings, no offers of assistance. Infact one team member actively avoided even making eye contact when walking passed us, the other was very engrossed in paperwork. We were the only customers in store at the time, and I can see why. Wednesday 5/5/2021 15:15"

"walked into the store last week 2 staff on not one said anything so rude maybe hire young vibrant staff indeed of elderly staff that are just plain rude and unhappy. so annoying walking into these stores and having staff like that. I wonder what the owner of the store thinks. all it takes is a simple "hello" if your can't spill out anything more then 1 word to a paying customer. so over there stores and there service"
