"Kaplan is not going to provide you completion letter and official transcripts in two weeks. All the univertisities and intitutions in australia they will provide you all the documents you needed after results are released. I have been personally explaining them visa is expiring in month or week now in 3 days. Still they don't want to provide official completion letter and transcripts to apply for 485 visa. What a disgraceful after paying $50k and studied hard. they don't care about you providing the documents on deadline. very unprofessional."
"Overally im pretty happy with the course masters in business analytics however with online studies for the full course, it tended to be stressful but still somehow manageable. The staff called ocassionally to check how i was going during pandemic which was a plus for them. Some of the lecturers were extremely good and knowledgeable in what they taught for some of the subjects, some lecturers however were horrible and had no idea what they were teaching so its a hit or miss. I wish that not all fees were created equal as the quality of teaching was not consistent."
