"I was new to the Concord area and took a chance and went to Precision Physiotherapy. From the minute I arrived, I was welcomed by every staff member, from the receptionist to passing physiotherapists, exercise physiologists that walked passed, to the manager Sam. The physio I was allocated was Maddy Elazzi and she was AMAZING! Took her time to get to know and understand my history, diagnosed me correctly, explained in detail but in simple language what my issue was and how we were going to fix it. After every session Maddy took the time to write down all the exercises I had to do before my next session and no question I asked was silly! After I was back at 100% Maddy also took the time to email a detailed report to handover to the rehab venue I was attending . Maddy was accommodating, approachable, professional , very knowledgeable but more importantly I felt a genuine care from her - she wanted me to get back to my daily routine with no pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Maddy and the team at Precision Physiotherapy."
