My name is Jessica Joseph, and I am a Clinical Counsellor at The Crossing. I specialize in complex-trauma and attachment wounds, grief & loss, relationship issues, and faith-based Christian counselling for adult individuals. With a relational, creative, integrative, and holistic approach, I prioritize understanding attachment needs and emotions and how they shape our experiences.

In my counselling sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where I incorporate a combination of interactive, experiential, and traditional therapies and interventions. I strongly believe that healing occurs through healthy attachment relationships, and it is the core of my therapy work. With curiosity and compassion, I am dedicated to helping clients heal old wounds and cultivate self-compassion, leading to stronger and more fulfilling relationships.

As a committed Christian, my years of experience in corporate work and pastoral care enhance the way I care for all my clients. If desired, I can incorporate a faith-based approach for Christian clients, providing a space to explore their spirituality.
