"Clean neat and tidy store. I only noticed 2 team members whilst I was there. The range was quite good and overall it was a pleasant atmosphere within the store. We requested a certain size, but we were not 100% on the sizing we asked for. The size was bought over in a different colour as the one we requested purely because they did not have that colour in that particular size. Sizing was perfect, and we liked the colour we tried on anyway. The team member said she could order the correct colour and have it delivered within a week. We were happy with that and purchased the other colour that we tried on. She suggested a junoer to go with the jeans, and that was tried on, and we ended up purchasing that as well. Overall, a great salesperson we had an enjoyable shopping experience and more than intended clothing purchased, so a win-win for all around us and the store all thanks to the mannerisms of one team member. Well done."

"Wasn't happy with the miss leading sign on buy one get 2nd for 50% off. That was definitely not the case, then I was told there was a fine print on the bottom of the sign, which you needed a microscope to see it. It was so tiny and same colour as the sign which no one could read or see. Was not happy at all."

"Sylvia was the perfect salesperson; warm greeting, gave me some space, helped take clothes off my hand to put in the changeroom which honestly was the only reason i kept shopping and bought more than just the intended tshirt- and topped it off with great up-selling - would never have purchased the jeans if she didn't listen to exactly what I asked for and found me the perfect pair which I bought in two colours. Honestly remarkable service, I will be back."
