With a proud history spanning 70 years, our not-for-profit organization has a strong track record of successfully working with families and children to unlock their full potential. Starting in Western Sydney, we have grown alongside the communities we support and have become one of the leading providers in community services, expanding across New South Wales to reach more people.

Our core focus has always been on building nurturing relationships with families and the community. We provide easy-access services that are enriching, supportive, and help individuals thrive. Whether it's empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through services run by their own communities, or growing the potential of children with developmental delays, concerns, and disabilities, we are committed to making a positive impact.

In addition to our work with families and children, we also support the community through play groups, free parenting programs, learning and developmental checks. We understand the importance of professional development for childcare educators, which is why we offer expert and affordable courses to help them grow in their careers.

At Growing Potential, we also recognize the importance of reconciliation. We are committed to addressing sensitive topics, including the complex history associated with the nation, as part of our commitment to reconciliation.

Child safety and wellbeing are at the center of our culture. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harm and are dedicated to creating and maintaining a child-safe organization.

In January 2022, we took action to help close the superannuation gap for working mothers, and we encourage others to follow suit to enact positive change.
