Most of our treatments are short-term and address emotional regulation, anxiety and depression management, improved sleep, trauma counseling, and relational problems.

Our team consists of Martin and Suzanna, a husband and wife duo who have been working together in private practice for over 15 years. They both enjoy working with clients of all ages and from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.

Additionally, we have a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in mental health, including aged care. This practitioner is a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists and is a provider for Medicare, Open Arms (VVCS), Victims Services, WorkCover, and SDRO. Their expertise lies in tailoring treatment to the needs of the client, utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, trauma-specific counseling, and client-centered therapy.

In line with the spirit of the Magnolia tree, which flowers in winter, we aim to encourage the strengths of individuals facing adverse or challenging circumstances. Our practitioners have considerable clinical experience in mental health, forensic, trauma, and child/adolescent settings. They have also received post-graduate training in clinical drug dependence and couple/family relationships. Their services include counseling for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, and their practice is informed by both traditional and contemporary psychological perspectives.

We pride ourselves on offering ethical, responsive, and effective psychological services for a broad range of presentations, including depression and anxiety, relational problems, trauma, adjustment issues, forensic matters, stress, addictions, and grief and loss. Our team provides counseling for clients of all ages, from children to senior citizens.

As part of our commitment to accessibility, we accept referrals from Medicare, Open Arms, WorkCover, and Victims Services, ensuring that your sessions will be covered completely.
