"If I could give them 0 star I would. Not sure what delivery company they use now but back in 2022 when out furniture was delivered, the delivery guys were treating our furniture as cheap stuff from IKEA. They were not careful. A few pieces were damaged. Our doors and walls were scratched. And it was a nightmare to deal with King‘s service department."

"My purchase was incorrect not once but twice! after checking the receipt when I arrived home I had to ring the store to correct the mistake only to have to do it again once the correction email arrived. The sales team have an attitude of “I work at king living and I’m special” I urge all customers to check their receipts before walking out the door."

"The service at the store was nice. But the after sale was terrible. They person on the phone was rude. We confirmed with the salespeople that we can pick up the order ourselves on the Saturday. When we called to confirm for picking up they were saying they never worked on Saturday. So, no where we could booked our pick up date on the Saturday. Furthermore, the salesperson promised that we could change our pick up date either earlier or later after we have picked a date. Now they were saying no we can’t change the date. We are really dissatisfied with the service provided after purchasing the product. We will not recommend and buy from them again."

"In store service is great. After purchase customer service is atrocious. They demand payment within a 2 hr window or else you lose your delivery window. Ok fine, paid the balance in full. Delivery date confirmed done. On the day of delivery, 2 items were missing and were not communicated to us until after the fact. Armchair and cushions. Much to our dismay the warehouse manager fails to tell us an actual reason that constantly changes from “the item was not packed into the truck” to “the item was assigned to another order and was never available for delivery that day”. Which one is it? Furthermore there is no attempt to mediate the situation instead forcing our hand on when THEY deem the next delivery date is. Hello? If YOU stuff it up, YOU should accomodate the customer and attempt redelivery as soon as possible and when it is convenient for us. Reading all the comments here it seems like this is all too common and happening to EVERYONE that has purchased from King. There is just no attempt at customer service or to make things right from the one particular warehouse manager from, I believe, their Altona warehouse. The poor after purchase customer service really ruins this brands reputation and quality. We will not be recommending or purchasing from them again."

"To anyone thinking of purchasing King furniture. Don’t do it! The wait times they give you are not even slightly accurate. We were told 12 weeks wait on our sofa which we purchased it in time for it to be delivered early November, well in time for Christmas. The week it was due to be delivered we were told it was going to be another 8 weeks!! Happy to wait a week or two extra as I understand not everything goes to plan, but 2 months later?! No apologies, no nothing. Multiple emails ignored. We even had to purchase a temporary sofa just to make our family Christmas work. Gobsmacked at how bad the customer service is, communication goes a long way."
