"Initially the sale went well. I bought the brass (brass painted) house numbers. The numbers looked good once installed. In trying to protect the numbers during installation with plastic sheeting and masking tape, the masking tape peeled off the brass paint. Im picking the brass numbers will have no chance against the northern sun. Their response was to return the numbers at my cost. This means uninstall at my cost, return at my cost and re-install at my cost."
"Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with this company. I made an online order and that side of things proceeded as per normal. Then things started to go down hill with the courier service (or should I say non service). Surrounding engaged Couriers Please who turned out to be one of the most inept delivery services I've experienced. Communication and online tracking were bad. Promises of delivery that never turned up meaning we wasted time waiting at home for the parcel. When I complained to Surrounding I received token apologies and very little effort to assist with dealing with Couriers Please. I ended up cancelling the order and requesting a refund but as yet have had no confirmation from Surrounding. They seemed to have no concern for me as a customer. Would not recommend."

"Great products and excellent customer service! We ordered Muuto chairs from Surrounding and a couple arrived damaged from the manufacturer. After notifying Surrounding of the damage, replacement chairs were arranged immediately and the damaged chairs were repaired allowing us to use them until the new ones arrived. Thank you so much!"
"Purchased two sets of Muuto Dots from Surrounding Australia online after receiving the recommendation from our Interior Designer. The dots are used as both a handy hallway coat/hat stand, as well as adding a funky sense of colour and style to an otherwise boring space in our home. They look fantastic. Although we initially couldn't receive the colours in the quantity we were after, the customer service team at Surrounding Australia kindly (and quickly) suggested an alternative solution and the dots were then delivered from promptly. Numerous members of my family have now also made the same purchase based on our recommendation :)"
