"Picked up my order on Saturday. Excited to crack open the box only to notice these fractures/cracks on the marble table top. Today being Monday after 4 phone calls to the Phillipines with numerous exchange emails and pictures only to be told that this is a normal characteristic of the marble. And that this isn't covered by their warranty.....c'mon please really...this clearly isn't a vein within the marble. Had this item been a second grade product with imperfections, I could understand however this is brand new item straight out of a box. To pay $399 and have to view this in your living room is a joke. The fact that they aren't in Australia and do not a care or have any knowledge of a consumer law ....says it all. Your claim against a defect or warranty is pretty much dependant and at the discretion of a call centre that isn't within Australia. This is still not resolved. Lounge Lovers I'm waiting for you to accept the faulty marble top table and issue me a full refund. The table is packaged up in its original packaging and ready to be returned back to you. Lounges Lovers you've let another customer down..."
