"I recently had the pleasure of shopping at MJ Bale and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The customer service was top-notch, particularly from Yurana. She was amazing at her job and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect suit. Yurana was very knowledgeable about the different styles and fabrics of the suits and helped me find the perfect fit for my body type. She was patient and attentive throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer my questions and make recommendations based on my preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this suit shop to anyone in need of a new suit. The exceptional customer service, quality of the suits, and expertise of the staff, particularly Yurana, made my shopping experience a memorable one. I will definitely be returning in the future for my suit needs."

"Honestly this place deserves 5* I usually don't leave negative reviews, if I don't have anything nice to say, I prefer not to say anything. The quality of the products for the price point is great. The manager of this particular location is also very helpful. But the rest of the customer service is appalling. I had a pair of trousers that failed within 12 months of purchase, which perhaps is okay for it to happen. I only wear the pants weekly and only dry cleaned once or twice in this period. When I asked if this was what I could expect going forward when purchasing a replacement pair, the salesman scoffed at me and said "you don't buy a Ferrari for the reliability, you buy it for how well it's out together". Perhaps I don't understand, or I'm too much of an engineer, but the better things are put together - usually the more durable they are. Perhaps fabrics are beyond me. Likely. Anyhow, he went on to condescendingly suggest that I should instead buy cheaper Chinese made - viscose blend - 'box shaped' suits if what I wanted was durability as Australian Merino Wool is a premium product that will not last. So pay more, and replace more often ? I don't quite get it tbh. I feel like this is exactly why sales people get bad reps, I feel like I've been told a bunch of stuff that doesn't add up, I've purchased a quality product and I was going to buy the new pants from him anyway, I'm not sure why I needed to be looked down upon by someone whilst making this purchase. I didn't ask for a replacement pair of pants for free or anything, they all just got defensive and started saying things that demonstrated to me - they couldn't care less about my customer experience - instore or outside. Keep the solid catalogue line-up coming MJ Bale - I appreciate what you're doing at your price point - I wish the experience of buying from you was crisp. But it's not."

"Went in today to change size of my browning jacket and wanted a size smaller. Got talking to Yurana around wanting to getting similar tie as the model on website was wearing. She knew instantly where to look and trust me i shop at another Mj bale closer to home but this will be my go to store even if it means 20 mins extra drive . Awesome service and most importantly knowing product even if its phased out . At the end of day designers can design suits for big brands but its staff like Yurana that get the brand the point of difference it deserves. Impeccable and keep up the good work"
