"Bought a bed 4yrs ago. The assembly team was lousy to use correct screws for the bed head. Instead of using torx they used flats. Couldn't pull apart the bed head and side panels when I move. Had to get a handyman and chipped some part of the bed head to take it apart. Complained to the shop, came back to me suggesting I should have used a low torque drill. Looking at the pictures attached, I don't know how they could provide such brainless advice. Almost felt like my intelligence was insulted. Be mindful with the assembly service they provide. Won't recommend at all."
