"I just cannot contain my disappointment after I discovered the lousy work done by K&J. 1) Wrong spark plug used on my Lexus – it should be FK20HBR8 instead of FK20HBR11, a difference of 0.3mm on a spark plug!!!!! 2) Seized filter cup drain plug and I believed that the oil filter was never changed 3) Engine air filter and AC filter were never changed 4) Greasy logbook and put the stamp twice, one in the wrong place 1 year later! 5) Quoted my one thing over the phone and tried to charge me more changing the HID headlight, until I reminded what he told me. Oh, it is of a different colour to my other headlight and last just over a year. Cheap stuff far from the original Osram bulbs! 6) Charged me $50 changing 2 license plate light using their greasy hands. Of course, it just lasted a year. 7) Changed my brake pads with my consent, not knowing this are very dirty, dusty brake pads. Now I have to wash the wheel ream every week These has a detrimental effect on my car and affects its longevity. I can't believe they are doing these and still exist. I am parting with this business and if I could give 0 star I would!!!"
"Ken is an Ex Toyota Master Technician, friendly and does mechanical work at a very reasonable price. I’m in the motor trade myself for over 30yrs and also worked with the MTA, been to many fancy workshops where you pay for overheads. He speaks Chinese & Canto if English isn’t your thing, thumbs up to Ken ! I now drive a late model Mercedes Benz & my youngest son now has a Citroen… we still use Ken for all of our servicing requirements."
"they know how to scam you than repair your car please avoid them!!! they used old fashion way to scam people. they told to me my taillight need to replace a whole new quoted $500!!! then i went to other honest mechanic they just replaced lightbulb only costs $10... AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!"
