"My sister and mum took the car here to get a tyre leak repaired. They are local to us. We were desperate as two wheels had a screw in it. My mum went in to ask a middle age man how long it will be. He got into an argument with my mum over that question. Displaying rude, poor quality service and completely ignorant of her question. By the end of the job he could only find one tyre leak and was incapable of finding the other tyre leak. They still charged us for one tyre fix. But it was an inconvenience to lose the car as we will have to take it to another mechanic. I will be avoiding this place and telling my friends about it"
"Big fan of the AutoDoc Eastwood. The issue of automotive mechanical ignorance is a huge issue as most drivers have zero idea how their cars run. A cough here a stutter here and who knows what mechanical issues are playing up. I have finally found a mechanic who i feel does not take advantage of my mechanical ignorance.
