Suggested I go down the road. I guess the mechanic has his own standards, I've gone to three others that were fine with the missing grille since it is only cosmetic."
"My partner and I came here for Harry to look at the central locking system on our Mercedes. As we are travelling in it, have no jobs and are from overseas. the team was very sympathetic to our situation and were very transparent with pricing, saying it likely will be an expensive job, something we were looking to avoid. Long story short, Harry fixed our manual locking system and was too kind to take payment from us as, for them it wasn’t a huge job, however for us, we never would’ve been able to diagnose the situation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anybody and if we need any further works on our van, we will absolutely be returning here. Thank you!"
"I have told the air conditioner condenser is losing gas and show them the damage part, still add gas to the air conditioner and charge a fee. I have asked other mechanics, and they think it is unreasonable."
