"This organisation seems to be conducting illegal activities, which are unknown to anyone and hiding behind education as a cover up. They take people money and never provide the services they ought to. Be careful when dealing them as they are extremely incompetent and inefficient."
"Cancelation of a Pearsons exam less than 24 hours notice. Totally unacceptable Pearsons said it was due to Melbourne's lockdown, however Melbourne has been in lockdown for over 2 months. 1. Why did the platform allow me to schedule an exam? 2. Why was I only given 22 hour notice? Message- Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your exam as scheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, only an email was sent. No text message. You would think something as important as an exam, a sms or a phone call would not be an unreasonable expectation. This is not the college's fault, however- the short notice is. This is a snapshot of my experience on where the exam was to be held."
"I was here for an AWS certification exam. This place is suitable for those in Melbourne CBD and want to attempt the AWS exam on weekends. There is no other centers around CBD offer you a weekend slot. Getting here from CBD for 9 am exam using public transport was not easy. There were no trains, instead used multiple busses. Exam center is good, quiet room and the staff will guide you with things."
"Other reviewers must have gone to a different venue. The one I went to was so disappointing.The condition is so sub- standard that any professional body should not associate itself with, otherwise costly repair of brand name. No windows, no chairs or tables of any kind to wait for the exams. Roof had leaks , toilet was last painted in 1960. If I was an international student entering the so-called college would burst out crying for sure. The staff was kind and nice but lack of professionalism. Cost of venue versus cost of Brand name damage, know which one I would choose"
"A good testing venue and alternative to others that are mostly based in or around Melbourne CBD. Very convenient with free parking available nearby and otherwise accesible with public transport, bus or train. Staff are friendly and happy to assist. Testing room is farily basic but secure lockers are provided. Keep an eye out for the sign as the entrance has limited street exposure being a single door entrance."
