Nick Scali Furniture 420 Craigieburn Road, Craigieburn, Victoria 3064

"Changing furniture is usually a straightforward process to do, but this wasn’t the case when we purchased our new sofas from nick scali in Craigieburn. We ordered the new sofas back in August 2022, we agreed to a certain colour and we also signed an agreement letter so we could get the right colour. At this point things were looking great, until we got the delivery of the sofas and we noticed that the colour we got was different to the one we signed for. After this issue we decided to go back to nick scali and tell them of the issue, however the lovely and highly trained employees did not provide any help to solve this issue. We have tried to go back a couple of times to discuss this issue and resolve it in some way, but the employees decided that there was no difference in the colour each time we went back and tried to resolve this issue. For anyone reading this, if you would like to get the same product as the one you paid for then please do yourself a favour and don’t go to nick scali. I will be posting the photos of the two different colours."

"When it comes to shopping for furniture, I am typically an Amart person, but this time we chose to visit Nick Scali and had a  bad experience. In June 2021, we ordered a 7-seater L-shaped lounge from Nick Scali in Craigieburn, and it was delivered somewhere in end of the October. We start noticing that there was a problem with the couch's quality after two months. We begin to see creases on the seven-seater L-shaped lounge, as though there is not enough filler. We complained, and Nick Scali proposed that couch can be fixed in home with in hour  but when handy man came to repair he said it may take upto four hours.. We declined because Lounge need to be finxed properly as we spent around $5000. After much effort, we were able to send the couch to the warehouse around April 2022. Months later, in late July, we received notice that the couch had been fixed, but in reality, it was worse than before and filthy. Because the lounge was still not fixed, we declined to accept delivery. Notified the quality team and the store manager at Craigieburn. Since then, we have called them frequently to request a refund, but nobody is sure what is going on—basically, their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The Craigieburn store is hopeless  because their primary goal is to mislead customers into buying furniture. At the end we bought a new lounge from somewhere else and from nick scali side still do not know whats happening. Called Craigieburn store and they replied that are not able to do much as it is not in there hand."

"We bought two couches from Nick Scali in Craigieburn VIC today and we had amazing service. We never felt pushed into buying anything and Antony was so friendly and helpful with, not only what we wanted to purchase, but advising us on our budget and providing advice on the best couches for our needs (as we have limited space), regardless of price. A great store and a very enthusiastic staff only willing to assist and advise."

"An absolute joke is all I can say!!! Waited 7 months for delivery on a 4pce modular leather lounge…was told 12-16weeks originally! When delivered and on closer inspection all 4 pieces have very small ‘slices/nicks’ in the leather on varying spots! Store told me to lodge a repair claim with head office and when I contacted them was told it was like a ticket system and someone would contact me about sending a technician to look at it! So after 7 months of waiting…you can wait some more!!! Initially they couldn’t even give me a date that this technician would visit me!!! Until I told them to come and collect this faulty item and issue a refund!! Which is in fact what I would like!! Technician is supposedly coming next Monday so I will update this feedback accordingly after he attends. At this moment I was delivered a faulty item and between the store and head office they seem to be handballing me around! I was advised not to buy from these people by two friends who had huge wait times and one delivered the wrong colour lounge and had to wait twice for delivery! I ordered in June 2021 Delivered in Jan 2022 Still waiting for a repair Feb 2022!!!! Absolutely pathetic service Nick Scali…you should be embarrassed!! Faulty items should be refunded!!!!!"
