After this I was told they would have to speak to the store manager, very disappointing that the staff aren't tought the law... I have emailed the store manager and will report back how I go. Similar cases of this sort of activity have resulted in $13,000 fines to a large furniture company in 2012, very disappointing"

"Well as long as you spend your money with Oz Design they want to know you. When furniture you purchase less than 2 years old fades, ie grey stripes on chairs no longer exist they do not support you. They tell you don't put your chair near a window. Hard to do when every room has a window. They allow one year only for your furniture to have a fault I spent more than $10,000 with this company and it would have cost them $1000 to recover. Never will I purchase anything from them again."
