She took the time to happily answer any and all the questions I had about my pregnancy (even the questions I sent by email or text!). She is very encouraging and has a positive spirit. She works with you to help you in deciding what you would like to do in terms of birth. She gives you all the information and the facts and allows you to choose which route you would like to go without prejudice. "Dr. Gemma Blain is fantastic. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Gynaecologist or Obstetrician. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about every issue that I was experiencing, and was also very patient with me and answered every single question I had. She took all my concerns seriously, provided great treatment, and was caring at the same time. I personally have very high anxiety about medical appointments and get dizzy/faint at most medical appointments I have (vagal response). During my appointment when I started to get dizzy, Dr. Blain really helped me. She allowed me to rest and provided me with everything I needed to regain my strength before moving forward in the appointment and leaving her office. As someone who often faints at the doctors office, I am SO appreciative of her calm and caring nature, because not all doctors are so understanding. Thank you so much Dr. Blain, you are wonderful!"
