"Called and ask to get a blue slip for my stock motor bike. Was advised no problem and to bring it down. As I arrived a gentlemen walked out and asked me to turn on the bike. Without permission he revved the bike and simply said too loud and wouldn’t provide a blue slip. Some what rude and wouldn’t see reason (stock standard bike with no modifications and previously registered when purchased from the dealership). I would steer clear as it seems like it’s a gamble."
