Their knowledge is impeccable and they are always more then happy to help if you need it, whether it’s about a health related topic or a product in store. If they cannot help they are happy to point you in the right direction to another local business. I really love how Solstice stocks products from local artists who are starting out, and will always point you in the direction of other Mudgee locals doing cool things. A real community vibe."
"Just completed my first session at Hadi and Bens infrared sauna. Totally relaxing and invigorating. They've created a warm and welcoming environment in which to relax and have a chat. They also stock a wide range of holistic products which Ben and Hadi were only too happy to explain.I will definitely going back, and thoroughly recommend this service to people who need to slow down and to spend a little bit of time on themselves."
"Feeling warm and welcome even before I stepped into the sauna! This place is beautiful, calm and Ben and Hadi make you feel at home. The sauna experience was great! Beautiful music and a program that eased me into the types of infrared made for a relaxing 45 minutes that felt like it was over in a flash. The cold towel for the back of the neck and coconut water afterwards was a nice touch. You could relax just as much afterwards, without feeling like you had to rush out the door. I am definitely getting a subscription so I can enjoy this weekly."
