"Our family has been long term customers for over 15 years. In the beginning, the dentist was full of enthusiasm, but it is not what it used to be. He has lost enthusiasm and only cares about money! Did not cherish old customers. Overcharging, even free dental cleaning twice a year with medical insurance, and a Gap Fee of $39 per person，we changed the dentist already ！"
"WORST DENTIST IN HORNSBY!! PLEASE DONT GO HERE!! Dr Phung is dodgey , he rushes the job, I got my teeth cleaned and filled.. guess what?? both times the job was done 90% .. He has charged me over $700 for cleaning and 1 tooth filled..He left 4 of my tooth untouched and when I asked him how come you didn't do the other 4 his response was don't worry you don't need to which infact is a total lie because they needed to be cleaned. If you look at Some of the reviews people have mentioned that Dr phung rushes his work , and over charges you ...it's 110% accurate."
