About the Business
Welcome to Loyola College, a Catholic co-educational institution located in Watsonia, Australia. Situated on 27 acres in the beautiful suburb of Watsonia, our College has been serving the north-eastern Melbourne community since its establishment in 1980. As a Catholic regional secondary school, we are deeply rooted in the Ignatian tradition, offering a unique educational experience for our students.
Choosing the right secondary school for your daughter or son is a crucial decision, and we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. We invite you to explore our website, where you will find comprehensive information about our programs, curriculum, and campus facilities. However, we also encourage you to go beyond the virtual realm and connect with our vibrant Loyola community. Speak to our dedicated parents and students to gain firsthand insights into the enriching experience we offer.
At Loyola College, we believe in the power of giving back. Our community actively supports various charities, and we take great pride in making a positive impact on the lives of others. We invite you to discover some of the charitable initiatives we are involved in, as we strive to instill a sense of compassion and social responsibility in our students.
We also recognize and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which our College stands. Loyola College stands on the ancestral lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin nation. We pay our utmost respect to the elders, both past and present, as they hold the rich memories, traditions, culture, and hopes of Aboriginal Australia.
At Loyola College, we are committed to providing a holistic education that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit of our students. Our dedicated staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and strong community support create an environment where each student can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. We invite you to join our Loyola family and embark on a transformative educational journey that will shape the future of your child.

"the bathrooms are amazing! some man was cooking up a feast in one of the toilet bowls. nothing is finna beat that japanese street curry i was served there."
"It was great to spend time celebrating mass with our granddaughters, Loyola staff were very polite and well organised for grandparents day. Thank you."
"Been here for two years and hate it. It seems as though they care more about the uniforms than our health, safety and education. Most students here are racist and use disrespectful derogatory toward people of other cultures. On a sport day, if you wear converse or shoes that aren't exactly meant for running, you will get an RND (detention), this includes converse, air forces, ext. A lot of the teachers don't hesitate to yell at a student for making a mistake. You must change uniforms throughout the day otherwise you get an RND. If your uniform doesn't consist of a blazer and neat formal uniform before you leave school when the bell rings, teachers will guard the school gates so you can't leave until you have met the requirements, otherwise you get an RND. I despise this school so much, and although I have made good friends, I still want to go to a different school. Do not send your kids to Loyola college."
"This is my second year at Loyola at I have had a great year with the teachers being very nice and the school grounds looking amazing every day."
"Based on the acting principals major Victim Blaming merely in an interview I would assume anyone who ever had an issue wouldn't get it resolved, rather the victim would be blamed. Great set up for children for when they become adults and may be subject to DV!"
