"If you want good old customer service or service with a smile or generally someone who listens and will help you out despite the pain in the butt job you need fixed well this is the place to go I highly recommend for any auto electrical needs you must go see Shane and his team at Kerry Heap Auto Electrical I was in desperate need to have a heater fan repaired on my partners Ford XC to have it passed for historic rego. To work on a car of that era in takes someone who knows what they are doing and will ensure that the car is handled with lots of tender loving care. With the crazy week Shane was having with staff shortages he didn’t turn me away and fitted me in to have the heater fixed. We picked up the car at 630 tonight and the work carried out was exceptional. In regards to the cost to have the heater back to working was near to nothing. If you have any electrical issues I highly recommend Kerry Heap Auto Electrical they will not disappoint."
"Josh and the team at Kerry Heap provided professional, thoughtful, communicative, and honest work on my Subaru STi. I approached them as a family member recently recommended my wife visit them to sort her air con issues in her Toyota Yaris. She had received brilliant and reasonably priced service -and the work has held up well. On the basis of this, I took my baby in to get some electrical gremlins investigated. Unfortunately, the car refused to produce the issues while in their care. Despite this, they left no stone unturned in their investigation. Ultimately, they couldn't find the problem (and to be honest, it was behaving itself from the week ahead when I booked it in with them and has continued to since). They handed my keys back explaining everything they had tried and but did not send me on my way without suggesting some alternate specialists in HiFi to continue my investigation. Given how thorough they were I was very happy to pay for the attempted diagnosis, but they refused to charge me since they couldn't find a fault to fix. Since I was leaving at peak traffic, they had one of their junior staff spot traffic for me so I could pull out safely. I often travel quite a distance to take my ride to someone who has earned my trust. In this case I'm delighted that I don't have to go far if I require help with auto-electrics. My entire experience with Kerry Heap from the first phone call to leaving their driveway was exceptional. Also, they returned every missed call promptly. I can highly recommend their services."

Our BMW was having issues and even the dealer could not solve the problem, Shane fixed the issue and walked me through the repairs. Honest and genuine service which is hard to fine.
