We just returned our 2-berth camper to the Melbourne depot which is only a short 5min taxi trip to the airport. The 2-berth camper was in great condition, clean, everything functioned the way it should. The staff at Melbourne were extremely helpful & explained everything regarding the rental agreement followed by a walk through pointing out all of the functions, safe operation of all appliances & safety features of the van. I would highly recommend Cruisn Motorhome & Campers. Planning my next trip already :)"

"Just returned from a 5-day trip from Hobart, TAS to Melbourne, VIC 2-berth van was in great condition, clean, everything functioned the way it should. The staff in both Hobart and Melbourne were extremely helpful and explained everything regarding the rental agreement in as much detail as I wanted. Would highly recommend!! Both pick-up/drop-off locations require a short taxi journey to/from the airports"

"I would give 0 star if I could! very bad experience with this company the roof was leaking and we couldn't use one of the beds because of that. They didn't resolve it and claimed we have left the hatch open! we went back to them to fix it 3 times and the problem was still there and they refused to change the vehicle. Very poor customer service. They even didn't bother to reply our emails. At the end they claimed we damaged the awning that we've never used. Never recommend them to anyone but if you need to, take hundreds of photos before getting the car even most hidden parts as they try to hand it over in a cool and easy way over two min tour but at the end they will count every scratch that was already there."

"Helpful customer service on the phone when we were booking from the UK and had lots of questions. Staff at the pickup/drop off were very helpful and efficient. Pickup was straightforward, booster seat was swapped as soon as we found a problem with it. Drop off was quick and easy, and they were very accommodating when we were 40 minutes late. The only downside was the seat cushions were not very clean, dusty and had hair on them. Bed linen was very good quality. The duvets kept us very warm. It was well equipped, easy to drive even in hilly terrain. A safety net meant our 6yr old daughter was safe sleeping in the bed above the cabin. The separate shower and toilet were a good idea, preventing the toilet getting wet after showering. We’d be very happy to hire from them again."
