Welcome to Busy Bees at Killarney Heights, a purpose-built Early Learning Service located in the heart of Killarney Heights, Northern Sydney. Our convenient central location on Tramore Place ensures easy accessibility for families in the suburb, with ample parking available and nearby cafes and bakeries.

Led by our experienced Service Manager, Ashleigh Thomas, who has over 16 years of experience in early years and primary aged education, our team of 35 passionate and dedicated Educators caters to 109 children per day. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing and supportive environment where each child's individuality is celebrated and their needs are met with care.

At Busy Bees at Killarney Heights, we offer expertly designed learning spaces that resemble a home-like environment. With eight learning spaces spread across two levels and only a small number of children in each, we ensure that each child receives personalized attention and their unique needs are met. Our learning environments are safe, child-friendly, and educational, equipped with clever features, toys, and resources that encourage hours of play and learning.

We follow an innovative approach based on the discovery and exploration of respectful relationships with children. This philosophy allows children uninterrupted playtime, freedom, and our full attention, fostering their overall development.

As the Service Manager, Ashleigh is passionate about the early years in a child's life and believes that these experiences shape their future growth and development. She cherishes the moments when children at Killarney Heights achieve their developmental milestones and shares these special moments with their families. The entire team at Killarney Heights is dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment that feels like a "home away from home" for the little ones in our care.

Beth, our 2IC, has also been working in Early Years Education and with primary aged children for the past 13 years. She shares Ashleigh's passion for creating a welcoming and safe space for children and families and making a positive impact on their lives. Building meaningful relationships with children and families is one of Beth's favorite aspects of working in Early Childhood Education.
