From my first phone call I was looked after very well by the amazing receptionist, a lovely woman with so much knowledge and to whom I was so grateful to be able to seen that day as I was in so much pain. In the last week I have had a check up, been treated for a seriously painful gum infection and have just had a tooth pulled. Dr Thavalengal was excellent, very understanding of patient needs and nerves, explains everything thoroughly regarding procedures and cost before any work is done and makes a daunting experience much easier.
