"Not sure about the dental clinic itself but I was put off even booking an appointment because of the rude receptionist. Management may need to reconsider who is representing their business when answering phones, and teach the receptionist how to improve her communication and people skills."

"I have been going here for many years. I rang today to make an appointment for my elderly mother, who advised me she had a broken tooth, and because I hadn't physically seen the broken tooth they outright refused to make an appointment. They were quite rude stating that she had been there twice before about her denture and they did nothing for her so they can't help now. I know elderly people can be difficult but they should understand that being in a position of service. It is not like they didn't get paid for their time. I was quite distressed by their treatment of me and their refusal to assist my mother. I will not be going back there as they have shown their true colours to me and it is very very disappointing."
