"I am writing this letters to complaint a Poor Customer service I have received from gorman Doncaster stores! I bought a big size planter from gorman this Monday and find too big when I put my plant in ! Then I come back to the store and change to medium size ! Meanwhile, I also bought a small size at the same day! But the thing is when I come back home I find the small is perfect for all my plants ,the medium is still too big then after two days I kept the small one and go to Doncaster store to change the medium to another small one! I have been shopping with gorman for more than 12 years ! I never received such bad service! Sadly, when I told the sales，she was really rude,she didn’t see the receipt clearly at first , she said I have wrong receipt and when I showed her the the item on the receipt, she was like warning me that I cannot change again because I have change once, I told her that it is difficult to buy this planter because I cannot carry my plant with me! She was telling me three times I cannot change again and also didn’t give the discount on the planter too which I checked online the price is on sale! Then I didn’t argue with her about anything , I just left the store and do not want to come anymore! I have spent thousands dollars in gorman since I come to melbourne on 2007 every year! I feel really sad about this brand because the poor service I received toady:("
