"Very professional and giving of his time to answer any questions with our baby"
"3rd of June we were blessed with a baby girl at the SANS Wahroonga. The obstetrician was awesome got back to us with any concerns we had. We had Mr. David Hartshorn as the Paediatrician, visited the room with no concerns to patient privacy, flipped the baby around and states the obvious for what he sees on our newborn. Very reluctant to answer questions and was gone in just over 5 minutes. Did not fill out any paperwork to help with the health history of our baby on future concerns. Upon exiting the hospital the baby was to have another examination to ensure there were no concerns, our hospital exit was delayed and Mr David Hartshorn and he did not show. $280 for 5 mins what a joke, a YouTube video would provide better information and understanding. We had to wait 9 weeks for a after birth appointment that was ment to be 6 weeks to ensure the baby is developing correctly just to be told less than 48hrs from the appointment it was cancelled and a video appointment in its place, because we live in a covid LGA and have followed all the guidelines. Our baby is now prevented healthcare due to a personal choice not professional. P's makes degrees not doctor's. Like any profession there are individuals that slip through the cracks. It is good to see David Hartshorn has been consistent with his lack of concern and professionalism."
