Dr. Batra completed her paediatric training at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and currently holds hospital appointments at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, Karitane, and Westmead Private Hospital. With expertise in managing general paediatric issues for all age groups, from newborns to adolescents, her interest areas include growth and development and chronic disease management. Dr. Batra is fluent in English and Hindi, ensuring effective communication with diverse patients and families.

He is also proficient in administering psychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioural, learning, memory, and risk assessments. Hansen's expertise extends to working with children with autism spectrum disorder, and he is a qualified Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapist.
