"I have just purchased a dress, & when walking to my car on this very windy day, the receipt blew out of the bag. There was no chance of chasing after it. I returned to the store to request another receipt & was told it wasn't possible within the store guidelines. I suggested maybe a note with her signature on it incase I wanted to return it & she scoffed at me & told me I should have run after the receipt. Very very rude & not understanding at all."

"I was horrified to witness shocking behaviour there and so put back what I wanted to buy and walked out. A young girl seemed to be wishing to exchange some items she had purchased, she produced the receipt and saidsomething about being a bit late to do this because of grieving for her dad. The shop lady smirked a nd laughed and said no to her. The girl rightly so was upset by this, then some vases fell over and the girl raced out of the store with the shop lady yelling and running after her through the shopping centre. It was a very concerning and aggressiveI scene. I wouldn’t have expected this from a Susan employee. I am not sure what else happened or ensued , that was disturbing enough for me and I will not set foot in that store again."

"I am writing this review a while after my experience at Brandon park. The young staff member has no customer service skills at all neither does she know the terms and conditions behind online purchases. Because of this I have stopped shopping at Sussan which is disappointing as the next one is in Glen Waverley which is not convenient for me. For a role like this, customer service, courtesy, understanding, being helpful draws business in, instead this is the opposite. Really disappointed."

"Absolutely appalling service from the one staff member at Sussan's in Brandon Park. I went to try some clothes on and she said there was a limit to how many I could take to try on so I split the clothing and hung them in a separate change room so I could get them later as I was buying the other items. She came in and snatched them off me rudely and I asked her if she was ok and she replied saying that they have had a lot of theft recently so she was basically assuming that I was going to steal. She was so rude and clearly racist towards me. If you are of ethnic background don't bother shopping here as you will be accused of stealing. I was born in London and raised in Australia and have never been spoken to like that in my life."
