"Sadly I have shopped here often and had great experiences, but I went in to get two t shirt's for my boyfriend and the sizes were not out on the floor. So I thought I would ask one of the 'usually helpful' staff members to help. Unfortunately the gentlemen I asked quickly responded saying all they had was on the floor and walked off. I went to another store the next day, they also had none. But the lovely lady offered to help and told me that the Frankston store actually had 4 of the sizes I wanted. I called Frankston and the staff member confirmed that they did have them. Really let down that he couldn't just check the computer without just sending me abruptly away with no further offers of help. Will be going to other Country Road stores in future."
