"Would never recommend this store due to lack of Customer Service and poor selection of clothes. This one star Review is being generous as the store deserves a -1 review. On a recent visit one Sunday one of the staff rudely made a derogatory sigh to her colleague in front of me when I commented on the width of a garment I was about to try on. The colleague serving behind the register had cold sores all around her mouth and should not have been serving in a store touching items that customers have to handle. She also was rude when processing my purchase by pushing the item of clothing across the counter and not offering a bag. Was I supposed to carry the item of clothing through the shopping centre with me unbagged? I had to ask for a bag and was rudely told "it will cost you 15c" to which I replied, 'yes, I would like a bag please'. I am now sorry I gave my business to such a rude couple of sales people. They definitely require training in Customer Service."
"Despite the lack of customer service from their head office. Cant get threw to speak to anyone. Email bounced back and yes l used the one of my receipt they provide. Store phone number for karingal listed incorrectly. You would think that a company such as rockmans would be much better with providing a better customer service. The lady at the karingal store was a delight though and extremely helpful."

"This store is atrocious its a miss match of i dont know what! Ive been.so used to the Rosebud store where its always beautifully presented and the staff are friendly and helpful. Have been into Cranbourne twice and havent found anything suitable was just rubbish your store needs a massive overhaul and friendlier staff."
