"The Australian Institute of Fitness 'Master Trainer Level 1 Certification' is completely obsolete. It is just a marketing scheme by their business to deceive potential students that they can offer something that no other fitness school can. All it is, is a package of certificate III and IV with a pretty bow on top that they sell for three times the cost ($6,999)! Their Master Trainer Level 1 Certification means nothing in the fitness industry and is a complete scam. And to top it off, all of the coaches are rude, unhelpful and arrogant. This organisation does not care about your experience, they only care about their revenue."

"As soon as you withdraw, the spam starts. The threats of missing a payment that is skipped over in the welcome pack. Don’t do any course through here. I’m 12 months into withdrawing and I’m just going to get a new email address. Any time you contact them it’s always someone else’s job"

"I was so excited to join AIF but sadly I have had an AWFUL experience. Initially they messed up my enrolment and made me wait another 6 months for my course to start. By the time it came to it, my life had completely changed and I was not able to attend Saturdays anymore. I was not able to defer until the next year because 'they didn't know what dates they were going to be' If I waited, I would have been liable for the WHOLE course without even doing it. I was advised to either do it online which is impossible in a studio flat in a lockdown, or to drop out completely. Now I am stuck with $1500 debt I have to pay off for doing NOTHING!! They are money hungry. Disgusting. I would not recommend. Imagine forcing this kind of money out of someone in a pandemic? On top of that- each payment theres an additional $6 fee on-top of it (I dont know why) Go somewhere else. I would give no stars If I could"

"I enquired about one of the courses offered by AIF a few months back and they made contact very promptly; I enquired online late one evening and the next morning I received a call from one of their customer support team, Alex. Alex was very friendly and took care to find out why I was enquiring, what I was looking to do long term and was able to give good guidance as to which course best suited me, what it would allow me to do and what would be expected of me during my time here. The instructors of my on-campus course, Darron and Allan, really know their stuff, both with the technical concepts of fitness and a full understanding of the industry built up with years of on the job experience that is evident in their teachings. They're really fun to be around, building rapport with the whole class from day one and have kept the classes interesting, ensuring we're all well supported in learning the content and being comfortable performing all our practical work. Definitely a great experience and I recommend getting in contact with these guys if you are interested in a fitness career!"

"I am currently apart of The Master Trainer course and am loving it. The Coaches are full of knowledge and willing to help at every turn to make us the best Trainers we can be. The course has great Theory and Practical aspects so we know how to put what we have learnt into action and ready for the outside world. The coaches are constantly challenging us in the best way possible resulting in our whole class constantly progressing. Definitely recommend if you are wanting to get into the fitness industry."
